American style IPA with perfect balance. Nose consists of floral, spicy pepper. Starts out with notes of grapefruit and citrus zest, finishes with a strong hop flavor that doesn’t linger.

Poured up at Flanny’s Arizona on Tap Festival with a gold body that has a slight haze and supports a tight light tan creamy head. The mild aroma offers up thin resiny hop notes, a little bit of spicy hops that are leaning toward being kind of on the dank onion side and little else. The taste starts with bitter resiny hops that seem a little pine like and then slides right into a dash of grapefruit and then a pretty decent level of earthy dank sort of onion shallot hoppy goodness. The more I drink the more I’m liking this. It might be that as it warms it opens up and delivers its goodness via moist yum. Overall the aroma is a little too timid but I’m enjoy the bitter hoppiness going on here that has a decent amount of depth to it.
