Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Citrus aroma. Spice and citrus flavor with light tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Tropical fruit lingers with a dirty/earthiness and light citrus.

Pours very pale. Paler than banana yellow in direct light. Moderately cloudy. I can see through it fine, but there’s a good deal of haze. The head is medium in size and pure white. Decent retention and a good deal of lacing. The aroma is heavy on limes, juice and skin. There’s backing pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit. Just a hint of crackery malt character. It’s a tart and tropical citrus hop burst. A little mango-ish sweetness underneath. A bit of grass and pepper. Lots of sweet, complex hop flavor in the taste. Lots more lime with bright ruby red grapefruit and fresh pine. Moderate bitterness, never bland, more citrus zest than pith. A touch of sweetness but it’s quite dry. Light on the palate. Spritzy feel. Crisp, refreshing and very easy to drink. I think this is delicious stuff. I love Cellarmaker’s style of hoppy beer, and this bright, fresh limey citrus beer is right in line.
