Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear red with small off-white head. Aroma is apples, medium body, no carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cherry and apples.

On tap at The Wandering Tortoise, pours a clear ruby red with a small pink head. Aroma has a nice bright tart cherry character upfront and light apple core. Flavour is medium-to-heavy sweet for a cider, with plenty of cherry and some jammy notes. Too sweet for me, but there's admittedly plenty of depth. Good, but not really what I look for in a cider.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Superstition Pillars of Creation ].Clear medium red orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, cherry, almonds, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, almonds, apple, sweet apples - apple pie, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160513]

Draught@CBC2016 (Blue Session). Red colour, not much head. Aroma is raspberry, some cherries, wood and mild tart wooden notes. Flavour is raisins, cherries, some raspberries and mild floral notes to it.
