Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear red with small off-white head. Aroma is apples, medium body, no carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cherry and apples.

On tap at The Wandering Tortoise, pours a clear ruby red with a small pink head. Aroma has a nice bright tart cherry character upfront and light apple core. Flavour is medium-to-heavy sweet for a cider, with plenty of cherry and some jammy notes. Too sweet for me, but there's admittedly plenty of depth. Good, but not really what I look for in a cider.

Tap @ CBC2016. Pours clear reddish orange. Notes of berries, apples, light sour, vanilla, oaky. Holy shit this is nice!

[ As Superstition Pillars of Creation ].Clear medium red orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, cherry, almonds, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, almonds, apple, sweet apples - apple pie, vanilla.
