One of the first beers we made was a Petit Sour. We served up half of it without fruit and we chopped up an outrageous amount of peaches and added them to the other half of the beer. This is the last 5gallon keg that exists. It’s been sitting warm in our grain room getting nice and funky!

Draft. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Peach aroma. Peach and light grain flavor with tartness and light lactic notes. Medium bodied. Refreshing. Peach and light grain lingers with light tartness and light sour notes.

On tap at Cellarmaker, pours a man opaque golden with a small white head. Nose is pretty much all peaches, though not overly pungent, with some slight inkling of tartness. Flavour brings out fresh juicy peaches, atop a light body of moderate tartness and wheat. Very juicy, peachy and wheaty, remaining light on the palate. Quite an enjoyable light fruity sour.
