Hop Killah is a deceivingly potent IPA at 7.2% ABV but super smooth. This brew is hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. It has a great flower character with a little black pepper spice and tropical fruit. The flavor is of resinous pine and dried fruits.

From tap at Cellarmaker, San Francisco. Aroma is piney and fruity hops with tropical fruits, grapefruit, tangerine and light malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and firmly bitter. Medium bodied. Simply a very fine West Coast IPA.

Pours orangey gold and quite cloudy. Little bit darker than the norm for Cellarmaker, or at least what I know as the norm. Big white head, foamy and fine. Good lacing and retention. Sweet, hoppy aroma. Tons of tropical fruit. Some floral and resiny flavors. Pineapple, lime, tangerine, pine, grapefruit. All sweet and juicy. Mild background of malt sweetness. Taste is dry with lots of solid hop flavor. Pine, pineapple, grapefruit, lime. Pretty much follows the aroma. Light feel for the abv. Some hop oiliness. Normal carbonation. Excellent IPA. Very easy to drink and bursting with fresh, juicy hops.

On tap at Ale Arsenal. Citrus and overt pine aroma. Clear deep good with a full white head. Strong hop flavor of pine, citrus. Moderate high bitterness. Finishes dry. As it warmed, malty sweetness more pronounced in the flavor. Biscuity.
