Draft. Nitro. Blackish beer with a dark cream nitro head. Chocolate and caramel aroma. Chocolate flavor with caramel/toffee. Medium bodied. Chocolate lingers with caramel/toffee and light nuttiness.

Draft. A brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, chocolate, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, and roasted malt - a bit too hard roasted for a porter, combined with a light note of coffee.

On tap. Dark brown with an orange hue and an off-white head. Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt. Medium body, sweet malts and dried fruit and pumpernickel. Fairly malt bitter finish. I don’t pick up any rum. 250709

From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan and creamy head. Aroma is roasted malt, dark malt and light liqourice note. Light herbal touch to the hard roasted and dark malt flavours. Dry and mild liqourice touch into a dry and roasted finish.
