Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Alpha State Sorachi Ace IPA ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, ple malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty hops, earthy, citrus, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

On tap at CBC 2016, yellow session. Pours golden, white head. Malty, fruity, light to moderate hoppiness, citrus. Bitter finish. Medium bodied. OK, but nothing special.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, spices, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught@CBC2016. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. ARoma is herbal, some rhubarb, herbs and mild maltiness. Flavour is quite similar with some mild acidic wooden notes as well as mild earth as well.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity. Solid fruity. Dry and bitter. Crisp hoppy finish.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, herbs, dill. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grassy, dry herbal hops, dill. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and bitter finish. Well made, but not a fan of Sorachi Ace at all. 130516

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Yellow session. Yellow. Great aroma of Sorachi Ace, citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor has some sweetness, and bitter Sorachi Ace hops. Medium-bodied.
