Draft. Blackish beer with a light brown head. Roast and light toffee aroma. Caramel/toffee flavor with roast and light coffee. Medium bodied. Caramel/toffee lingers with roast, light coffee, and light nuttiness.

On tap at Library Alehouse. Pours with a black body and a medium to large tan head that leaves good lace. Aromas are roasty, baked bread, light spicy hop presence, cocoa, some mineral notes, and coffee. Flavors are quite bitter! Lingering roast, hazelnut, bready. Slightly acrid in the roasted qualities. Astringent, full bodied, medium bubbles. Very, very bitter.
