On tap at sourfest. Pours with a murky, deep brown hued body with a lasting tan head. Aromas are hugely fruity, under ripe plum, acetaldehyde, alcohol, pear drops, acetone and caramel. Flavors are of alcohol, malty, pear, acetaldehyde, and acetone. Medium to full carbonation, sweet-tart interplay.

Draft. Dark mahogony beer with a dark cream head. Tart and light toasted malt aroma. Tart/sour flavor with light cocoa and malt. Medium bodied. Tart/sour notes linger with light cocoa and light malt.
