Tap. Pours light hazy golden with a medium white head. Aromas of yoghurt, veggies, funk, sweet oaky like notes, citrus, lemon. Taste is pretty lactic, tart, grapes, gooseberries, same sweet notes, lemon juice.

(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of pear, really light crackery malt, lots of minerals, touches of citrus and white grape. Flavour follows the nose well, light and crisp malts, pear, pale citrus that brings a little tartness, crisp, dry, mineral. Body is pretty light and on the watery side, sharp effervescent carbonation. It's like a brisk palate cleanser but it doesn't feel very involved.

[ As Fonta Flora Saison Du Anjou ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, fruity, chamomile. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, chamomile, flowers, fruity - pear, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Fat på CBC 2016. Smak och doft av päron, jäst, krusbär, vita vinbär, gröna druvor och citrus. frisk, syrlig, jämn och fina smaker, lagom sötma och god beska. Mmm!

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session). Pale yellow colour, small head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild spicy and herbal notes. Flavour is nicely citrusy with some floral, grassy and mild yeasty and herbal notes to it.

Draft. A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and chamomile. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, brettanomyces, straw, chamomile, leading to a dry finish.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy acetic aroma. Light bitter moldy acetic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, brett, flowers and malt. Funky finish.
