Bottle at home. Slightly hazy pale golden pour with a thin white head that disappears almost immediately. Visible carbonation rising to the top. Notes of lambic funk, sour lemons, white grape vinegar, mineral components, a bit of salt and very subtle floral hops. Medium body and carbonation and a tart, refreshing finish.

Bottle. Hazy gold, lacy. Nose of grapefruit, big tartness, horse blanket. Lemony horse blanket flavor, nice level of sourness. Crisp, sharp, and lovely. Approaching a real lambic in character.
