Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Tart, acetic aroma. Acetic flavor with nice fruit balance. Medium bodied. Acetic/sourness lingers with light fruitiness. Nice sour. Great balance.

From tap at City Beer as Valley Brew Bill Brand Tribute. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is milky, sweet caramelish and light yeast fruity. Light acetone in the initial flavour, lovely sourish note and distinct lacto presence. Citric and milky finish. Light note of a belgian wit still remains - will be great with aging.
