Draft. A red-amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices and simcoe hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and Simcoe hops. The body is light.

On tap. Clear amber golden with an off-white lacing head. Somewhat leathery hop aroma from the Simcoe. Medium body, burned caramel, roasted malts and a fairly hoppy finish. 080709

Draft. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. Grapefruit and earth aroma with a light woodsiness. Caramel and malt flavor under grapefruit and light pot. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Caramel and grapefruit lingers with light pine and light earthiness.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small off-white head. Crisp hops fruity aroma. Smooth and fruity hops flavoured. Smooth fruity and hoppy flavoured finish. Subdued sweetness.
