(10/27/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in San Francisco. Menu says 5.2% ABV. Cloudy yellow-orange color with a white head. Aroma full of esters - banana, clove and some apple notes. Sweet wheaty flavor with banana, light spiciness, subdued bubblegum notes and a slightly-bitter-slightly-acidic finish. Medium-bodied. Tasty, refreshing, and true to style.

Draft. Light amber beer with a big off-white head. Nice spicy/clove aroma with yeast. Yeasty, spicey, malt/wheat flavor. Medium bodied. Spice/clove lingers with some malt/wheat. Nice.
