[ As Pizza Port Bloodhound ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, blood orange, light citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, grapefruit, bllod orange. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160512]

[5/12/16] Draught at Sour & Bitter #3 in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Nice fruity hops aroma. Dry flavor with fruity hops, nice bitterness. Rather light-bodied. Good and fresh.

From tap at Sour & Bitter #3, Copenhagen. Clear golden color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, bread, caramel, grass, pine, citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Sour and Bitter 2016. Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grapefruit and orange, with a little peach and pine. Sweet malty and fruity flavour with pine and citrus.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh grassy, grapefruit, leafs, wet grass, wet hops, minerals, moss, bark, orange, light malts, pine needles. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, leafs, weeds, bark, citrus peel, hops, wet grass, grapefruit, minerals, moss, light malts. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry grassy mouthfeel. Nice.
