(On tap - Toronado) Fairly pale, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fruity, somewhat berry-like aroma. Fairly light body with an unclean malt profile and then a distinct, bitter finish. A somewhat weird and unrefined beer, presumably a Belgian experiment of some sort. Just not really Belgian, nor tart. 290307

Draft. Rich amber beer with a thin off-white head. Low malt aroma. tart/oaky flavor with backing malt. Not overly tart,o but it lingers with the oak. Medium body. Gets better as you drink more. Dry finish. I don’t know what he’s going for in this beer, so feel free to change the category of "ale" to somethign more appropriate.
