Draft. Golden beer with a small whitish head. Sweet malt and peach aroma - some earthiness. Very sweet caramel flavor with summer fruit bitterness backing. Too sugary. This just didn’t ferment out. It’s all simcoe hops and a combination of 2 mashes, but there is too much residual sugar. The brewer said other batches were better, and I think thats the way I’d view the place - inconsistent.
