Brewed to celebrate our 20th birthday, Pincher Claw is a West Coast IPA built upon a robust malt foundation with punchy notes of orange marmalade, grapefruit, lemon zest and pine courtesy of additions of orange peel plus our most complex hop schedule yet. All wrapped up with a substantial bitter finish typical of a truly classic West Coast IPA!

440ml can from the Sea Farmers Dive Taproom, Whitstable. Poured a mostly clear medium amber colour with a short-lived, big frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, caramel malt, earthy, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A simple beer but very drinkable.
