Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy yellow-gold with small white head. Notes of peach, mandarin and minerals. Light to medium bodied, semi-drying. Easy drinking. Simple but enjoyed it.

Cask at Dog, Burton on Trent. Pours a cloudy yellowish brown with a small almost white head and good lacing. There’s malt and honey in the aroma, plus just a hint of citrus. In the mouth it is sweet, smooth and tangy with a slight fizz and some hints of bitterness too. Flavours of banana, citrus and berry fruits. Finish has a bit more bitterness. This is not the sort of beer I would normally go for at all, but this is decent.

Cask at the Fixed Wheel Easter festival, 2024. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a light, slightly watery, fresh, smooth, light juicy citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
