Brewed in collaboration with our good friends new invention brewery. We wanted to try and use new products and processes to amp up a session IPA by increasing thiols in the beer as much as possible(highly aroma-active compounds derived from hops). So we used whc lab hop unlock high thiol yeast, mash hopping and phantasm powder then dry hopped with cryo Citra, mosaic and el dorado hops. The resulting beer has big tropical fruit aromas at the forefront with citrus and grape notes with a fruity and satisfyingly crisp finish.

Draft at Sommar, Solihull. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, somewhat light, dry, light dank, mineral, earthy, light tart grapefruit, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
