Draft at the Endeavour Tap Rooms, The Rocks, Sydney. Poured a light hazy opaque colour with a short-lived, bubbly white head. The aroma is big ginger. The flavour is over moderate sweet with a light, crisp, herbal ginger palate. It’s an alcoholic ginger beer. What more is there to say.
