Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy orange with small white top. This one was quite fruity with orange and apricot, pale malts, bittersweet, semi-drying. Quite tasty.

Draft at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light toffee and citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a fresh, crisp, malt, light herbal, mango passionfruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at Shrewsbury Arms, Stafford (21/9/23). Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with medium sized off-white head and good lacing, There’s floral hops and citrus in the aroma, plus some malty hints. In the mouth it is initially sweet, before bitterness of floral hops and grains come through. There’s summer fruits and traces of citrus too, leading to a dry and slightly sticky finish. Eminently reasonable.
