Draft at Pasteur St Ly Tu Trong, HCMC. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is herbal, floral, aromatic. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, light toffee caramel, mineral, herbal, red berry fruit, Christmas spiced palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Better than I was expecting.
