"Yang-Chun" is brewed with golden plums from "Spring Equinox," complemented by dark malt and cocoa beans, creating an Imperial Stout. The aroma of plum is immediately apparent, followed by robust notes of toasted bread, biscuit, and chocolate. A smooth sweetness and subtle oak nuances provide balance and structure.

330ml bottle at Kiki Lalat, Ipoh, Malaysia. Poured a mostly clear dark brown colour with a short-lived, fizzy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt and molasses. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, liquorice, red berry fruit, light boozy alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
