If you’ve been to SoCal, it's not surprising it laid the foundations for the West Coast hip hop scene and the West Coast IPA. There's nothing quite like slamming back a dank and hoppy West Coast IPA with a background soundtrack of West Coast hip hop legends like Pharcyde, Ice Cube, and Dr. Dre.
This beer is our tribute to the SoCal scene, dreams, and vibes. SoCal Thirst is our modern take on a classic style. Hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra that results in an aromatic blend of pine, citrus, and floral notes. It boasts prominent grapefruit and stone-fruit flavours that are deliciously balanced by a satisfyingly firm bitter finish.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Centre. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, woody hops and light citrus. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a somewhat smooth, rich, fresh, herbal, light lemon citrus, big woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
