Draft at Yeast Side, Farrer Park, Singapore. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light cherry blossom and herbal. The flavour is yeasty, light sour, with a light, crisp, fresh, dry yeasty, herbal, light floral, light spicy, dry yeasty bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced I must say. A reserved saison with subtle flavours that didn’t overpower the beer. I didn’t expect to like this so much but it’s actually really well made.
