Tap at Yeast Side, Farrer Park, Singapore. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a big, lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, malt and light citrus fruits. The flavour is yeasty, with a crisp, dry, banana bubblegum, light citrus, yeasty bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
