Draft at Lil’s Taproom, Singapore. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is bretty yeast, light hops. The flavour is light sour, with a fresh, crisp, malt, dry bretty yeast, light citrus woody hop palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nicely balanced with the Brett. Refreshing and not overly sour.
