We’re on a quest to master the fundamentals and achieve perfection in simplicity, aiming to create the most delicious Golden Ale. 'Over It' was our initial attempt, which was dry-hopped with Mouteka. In our latest iteration, we have made adjustments to the yeast and hops.
This Dry-Hopped Golden Ale features Nelson Sauvin hops, imparting herbaceous aromas and delightful flavours of gooseberries. It serves as a refreshing and crisp respite from the heat, akin to a Summer Snack in a pint.
The beer is exceptionally smooth, offering just the right amount of flavour to tantalise your taste buds.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Centre. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a big, lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, some yeast and woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, light toffee, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. An above average example of the style.
