A re-imagining of our first brew in Singapore: Baby Steps! We took the original and replaced the garden-variety Mosaic hops with its juiced-up cousin - Cryo Mosaic. These are no ordinary hops; Cryo extracts and distills the very soul of the hop, which is lupulin.
The result is like a taste explosion in your mouth. It's a mad symphony of amplified and intensified tropical flavours, crescendoing with pronounced, rebellious notes of pine and tangerine. We're not just tweaking flavours. It's not even a Baby Step; it's a bold, swaggering Tiny Leap forward in the endless pursuit of the sublime in brewing.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Centre. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, light, fresh, malt, light herbal, lemon citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
