Presenting our first New England-style Double IPA! We started 2023 with a Baby Step Hazy Session IPA and we’re now taking a Big-ish Leap into the world of NE DIPAs. We've opted to slightly throttle back the ABV while kicking the flavour train into high gear.
Generously dry-hopped with Citra and El Dorado hops; get set for an explosion of bold aromas and flavours. Expect a predominant presence of lively grapefruit and citrus notes, all nestled within a delightful backdrop of stone fruit accents.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Court. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, malt, juicy passionfruit mango, light herbal, light floral woody hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nice but not great. A little rough around the edges.
