Version 2 of Modern West features an improved hop profile as well as a crisper mouthfeel. Flavour notes include tropical fruits, pine resin, citrus and white fruits with a punchy and really clean finish.

Draft at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, light lemon citrus, yeasty, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
