Bottle @ Ulfborg Gueuze Tasting. Pours hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aromas of coriander, herbs, citrus, esters, greenhouse. Taste is light sour, estery, herbal, floral, citrussy.

Bottle 750ml. [ As BrauArt / H.ertie Admerale Wild ].Gusher !!Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, herbs, coriander, salvie - sellery - fresh oregano, funk - leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, herbs, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160624]

750 ml bottle at Gueuze tasting 2016, Ulfborg. Unclear golden color with off white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, grain, straw, floral, herbal, spicy, citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hay, light fruity and coriander. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 240616

Festival der Bierkulturen. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit geringen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht fruchtig, trocken, minimal Holzig. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, getreidig, Kräuter, nett.

Festival der Bierkulturen 2016, Köln. Smooth fresh with a nice funky sourness. Wood, funk, fresh and round. Sour funky woody finish. Nice!

75cl bottle from the brewery. Looks really, really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, small head. Sourish-fruity aroma. Starts malty-sourish, some dry lemon notes, more and more moldy. Fruity like lemon, some apricot. Finish milder and less sour. Light earthy-salty. Finish could be more intense. But a great beer!
