Draft at Rooster, Bui Vien. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a fresh, smooth, malt, yeasty, herbal, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A fine session beer.
