Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear light pink colour with a round bubbly off-white head. The aroma is big honey and red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, honey, herbal, juicy raspberry, mineral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Tasty, but perhaps lacking a little in body, sweetness and defining flavours. A nice start though.
