Draft at the Saigon brewery taproom. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt and lager yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, super light sweet, with a smooth, yeasty, malt, light herbal, mineral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
