Draft at the Saigon taproom. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and sour, with a crisp, fresh, juicy mango passionfruit, light sweet vanilla lactose palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. My first sour milkshake IPA. Is that even a style? The sweet and sour were nicely balanced.
