Draft at the Saigon taproom. Poured a murky light golden brown colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is bananas and chocolate. The flavour is yeasty bitter, with a smooth, dry, banana bubblegum, light chocolate palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. I’m not sure what the thinking behind this beer was but I think another visit to the drawing board is in order. Chocolate madness indeed.
