A Slavic staple get a Vietnamese do over. This table top tradition is usually fermented from stale rye bread, beet sugar, lemon and raisens. We've built this one around barley soured - toasted bahn mi and cane sugar to deliver refreshment for all the family.

Draft at the HCMC taproom. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, lemon citrus. The flavour is moderate, sweet, light sour, with a crisp, fresh, earthy, herbal, yeasty, lemon citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
