Ein sehr dichter, kompakter Schaum ruht über dem Bier, das im dunklen Kupfer glänzt. Weinfruchtige Aromen des Chardonnay Hopfens werden von Mango, Karamell, Toffee, etwas Honig und Hefe begleitet. Im Antrunk kommt Orangenzeste hinzu. Die fein eingebundene Kohlensäure gibt dem Bier einen voluminösen Körper und wirkt geradezu moussierend. Dieses Genussbier ist leicht cremig am Gaumen und hinterlässt im trockenen Abgang ein komplexes Aromenspektrum.

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top. [ As Detmolder Chardonnay Hopfen ].Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, herbs, grapes, mango, figs, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, wine - grapes, pale malt, herbs, mango - figs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

From 750 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Hazy orange color with off white head. Malty and light yeasty aroma, grain, caramel, light fruity, spicy. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. A bit sticky. 250616

Sampled @ Finest Spirits and Beer Convention Bochum 2014: Orangegelbes Bier mit wenig weißem Schaum. Geruch hopfig, malzig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack getreidig, leicht bitter, fruchtig, insgesamt aber zu schwach.

Tap @ @ S&B Bo 14. Würzig frischer Geruch. Mild-aromatisch, nette Pfirsich-Fruchtigkeit. Mild-weich, aber keine große Aromentiefe. Leider etwas langweilig.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of yellow drupes, a mineral touch. Taste is dry, minimally fruity, hints of yellow drupes, minimally grassy, a mineral touch. Pretty far from complex, flat, boring, obsolete.

Mild hopfiger, leicht fruchtiger Antrunk. Ebenfalls mild malzig, dezent säuerlich. Hopfig herb, laff, langweilig. Überteuertes Standardbier. 8/8/9/8/9/9
