Classic pilsner recipe brewed to tradition with premium German pilsner malts, Noble German hop variety Hallertauer Mittelfrüher, and lagered long and cold until crystal clear but initially fermented warm with an ale yeast to contribute a Kölsch style aroma and yeast profile.
Light straw and honey notes from the malts, floral spice with a hint of blackcurrant from the hops, and a slightly fruity yeast ester from the fermentation. Incredibly drinkable.

440ml can from the Long Man Brewery taproom. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt and lager yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a malt, crisp, yeasty, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
