Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St. Hazy gold with small white top. This one was grapefruit and citrus rind noted with a slightly resinous potpourri. Smooth, mid-bodied and a prickly finish. Bittersweet. Not a stand out but good.

Draft at Sommar, Waterloo St. Poured a hazy dark golden colour with little life. The aroma is grainy malt and light dank hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, grassy, dank, herbal, light grapefruit citrus, dry pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Plenty going on.

Keg at Sommar Brew Waterloo Street, Bingo-Cotts Convention, post lash up Xhitl out 08/07/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap. Nose is grass, melon, grapefruit, pine needle. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grapefruit, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juice laden hop bitterness. Not bad.
