Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Vova. Hazy golden with a white head. Weird aroma of yeast, funk, soap, plastic, fruitiness, smoke. Dry flavor, spicy, soapy, very yeasty, with a bit of funk, smoke, pepper. Over-carbonated. Weird.

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with huge, frothy to macropore, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, leafy aroma, hints of green and black tea, balm, a touch of brine. Taste is dry, herbal, slightly smoky, leafy hints of grean and black tea, lemon tea, balm, a touch of liquorice.

Bottle from Brolters in Bremen. Nice floral fresh, round, spicy with a nice sourness. Hints of floral hops and moderate bitterness there, funky, but still mild. Nice.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty, light berries and smoked. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with a sourish edge. Not pleasant and probably not intended. 110816

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Heidenpeters Dry Saison ].ABV: 5.0%. Light unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, rubber, saison yeast, smoke - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, smoke - rubber, fruity yeast, wood, pale malt, plastic, light herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160530]

Bottle from Boxbeers. Pours slightly hazy yellow with white head that leaves lacing. Citrus aroma with some herbs and slight tartness. Similar taste. I don’t get that tart notes but except for those quite solid.
