Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at the Shaking Hand, Shirley, Solihull. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an everlasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light chocolate and peanuts. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a silky smooth, rich, slightly oily, peanut butter, light chocolate, light liqourice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with flat carbonation.
