Draft at the Shaking Hand, Shirley, Solihull. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt. Light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, malty, light citrus, floral, light pepper spice, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
