Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Draft at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light buttery yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, gluey yeast, light floral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
