Lost In Japan is an ode to the travels we all miss. This whimsical white ale is a versatile beer that's easy to drink without losing the integrity of ale. It's an unfiltered and top-fermented White Ale brewed with malted wheat, malted barley, and hops. A 5% refreshing light bodied-ale that features a well-balanced malt and hop character that is best paired with Japanese dishes.

Bottle at the Quezon City brewpub. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, grainy, biscuit, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasty, but not a white ale as shown on the label.
