Specially crafted for Manila Coffee Festival 2019, IPAk (or "kapi" read backwards) is a coffee IPA collaboration between Elias and Coffee Science Center. The coffee used for this one-of-a-kind brew is 100% Arabica from Sagada Mountain Province. The Arabica's lemonade and orange notes playfully intertwine with the IPA's citrusy hops, creating a wonderful harmony between coffee and beer. With its pleasant balance of light-colored ale and intense coffee aroma and flavor, IPAk just might be the perfect beer to go with brunch.

Draft at the Quezon City brewpub. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big coffee. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, herbal, spicy coffee, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
