A pretty nice showcase of pilsner malt. Very true to style, mild on the noble hops, more of a helles. Sommel dresden

Bottle looks simple but good. Very premium-like. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts modest hoppy-dry, some spicy notes. Grasy-hoppy finish, prickly and fresh. Nice pilsner!

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and distinctively grainy malty aroma with a tinge of sour dough and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Grainy malty, slightly dusty and strawy taste; slightly sweet and minimal bitter finish. Surprisingly good (03.VI.09).
